petey needs a home!

Fun-loving, joyful male seeking his other half! What is white, wrinkly, wiggly, and spotted all over? Why, Petey the Sharmatian, of course! A Sharpei/Dalmatian mix, Petey is a fun-loving, exuberant, the-glass-is-half-full kind of dog. He is a smart dog that loves to learn new tricks, and with a great personality to match his unique appearance, he is sure to steal the spotlight. Petey would do well in an active household that wants a dog that can join them on walks, road trips, and other adventures. Although Petey loves to play with other dogs, he would be happiest as the only dog in the house so that his clownish antics can get the full appreciation and attention that they deserve. Petey is crate-trained, house-trained, gets along with other dogs (and cats with supervision). He is young (10-12 months), up-to-date on shots, neutered, microchipped, and heartworm negative. holy FRANCHISING batman!

So, I had an Associated Press reporter call me at the beginning of November and ask me some questions about our business and the growth of SSDWs in the country. Well, the article came out on January 1st and was picked up by most of the major papers across the country, as well as some big sites including cnn.com! When I casually checked my email on the 1st (because I'm too OCD to actually take an entire day off!), I sat there stunned. We had over 100 emails from everywhere from Florida to Hawaii--the majority of which were asking for applications for our franchising venture. What a way to start the new year! I just want to, again, express our undying gratitude to all of our Austin customers for the support, encouragement and congratulations that we receive from you on a daily basis. I hope you and yours had an excellent holiday season and we hope to see you all very soon!
